Through this program, the Foundation works with area restaurants to offer heart-healthy food options for their customers.                                                
             
Real Simple asked the country’s top dietitians and nutritionists to tell us which superpowered ingredients we should be incorporating into our diets regularly. Here are their combined picks, plus some simple and delicious preparation suggestions.

Believe it or not, these are just some of the health  foods that can really boost your nutrient intake.There are 25 superfoods that no healthy diet should be without. These are all foods that are rich in nutrients, vitamins, minerals or other powerful plant chemicals, they are often low in calories too.

Yes, you know better, but a lot of good that does your taste buds. They still prefer potato chips to beets, fried chicken to canned fish, and pasta to just about anything.Chinese Food Recipes  But what if you didn't have to choose between good food and good-for-you food because they were one and the same?

If only a handful of berries could grant us super-human strength or a few drops of flaxseed oil could provide us with genius-like intelligence. While these foods can’t necessarily do those things, they are both considered superfoods by nutritionists, scientists, berry farmers, and flax growers. As superfoods, they are extremely healthy and they contain many beneficial compounds.
